Reviews I found on the internet by whoever:
gang wizard/a rose for bohdan split 7" mispress (blackbean & placenta) a while back mike blackbean sent me a handful of these mispressed records just out of the blue with a request to give them away to people i know. the only thing wrong with the record, apparently, is that the gw track on this record was the one that was meant for the split with ashtray navigations. there's a little bit of pre-track goofiness, maybe half a groove of some weird stuff at the very beginning that you can't always get to unless you're trying to find it. maybe that's a problem too. either way, this record is a beautiful thing. gang wizard plow thru a seven-minute long rumbling monster of spastic guitar, organ, and handclaps that swells and flows beautifully thru its lo-fi basement skin. i just can't get enough of this band. a rose for bohdan, whom i had never before heard, offer up three tracks of distinctly fucked up indie four-track faire with some definite hip-hop influences, mixed with bizarre noises and just for the hell of it, a heavens to betsy cover. very strange little band that defies most simple categories. well, most of you won't be able to find this record in this form so you'll just have to go and get both the gang wizard's real split with rose and the split with ashtray navigations to get the full feel. but believe me, it'd be worth it. i'll get around to it soon enough, myself.

Gang Wizard/Rose for Bohdan split 7" Rose for Bohdan tweak thru 3 twisted tracks, w/ a shocking cover of a Heavens to Betsy classic. Gang Wizard do 2 shrill numbers that establish what Garage would sound like if it were good.
